Happy summer 2014 everyone!
Take a little rest in the sun to recharge your batteries, naturally avoiding the hottest hours of the day: (between 10.30 am and 4.30 pm) I recommend that you turn around on your sunbed and put your legs up so you regulate the blood pressure and prevent varicose veins at the same time.
Further more this position relieves indigestion, stress-related headaches, asthma and breathlessness.
Every time you have your legs higher than your heart you activate your parasympathetic nervous system. This helps to trigger conscious breathing which provides “the calming effect” and a feeling of lightness and joy.
So make the most of your summer: recharge and relax!
