Anette Shine: The Mudra of the Christmas Rose.

🌹 We have now arrived at the last month of 2016, so let's take a moment to centre ourselves and express our gratitude for the past year. Appreciating the importance of being grateful, as we know that gratitude opens the door to abundance.
Sit yourself in a comfortable position and bring your hands together, forming the shape of a BIG Christmas rose (the pinky fingers and thumbs touching each other) Take a look at your imaginary rose: What colour is it? Can you smell its' fragrance?
Now close your eyes and bring the rose close to your heart, filling it up with pure love and gratitude. Now lift the rose up in the air, way up over your head, to send your love and gratitude out into the world. Separate your hands out to each side imagining this energy going all the way around the world, until you bring your rose back together at your heart, and everything sent out comes right back to you.
