BBQ/Grilled Salmon
You can use fresh or frozen salmon pieces about 3oz/75g each.
4 Salmon pieces
1/2 cup / 4 fluid oz / 125 ml of maple syrup
1/2 cup / 4 fluid oz / 125 ml of soya sauce
I chopped garlic clove
Place the salmon pieces on a dish and pour over the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. Turn the salmon over and leave for another 15 minutes.
The grill should be set on high.
Grill the salmon 3 to 5 minutes each side.
Serve with salad or duchess potatoes or fresh vegetables.
