Beautiful Hands
Hands can tell you a number of things about yourself. It is also one of the tell-tale signs of a woman's age. Most women have a strict regime for taking care of facial skin but the same should apply to the hands. Hands are used in so many ways and very often to communicate or express. When greeting people, we shake hands, so it is important to remember that this first contact with a friend or colleague can be one of the things that a person remembers you by.
Simple tips to keeping your hands supple and looking young:
º Exfoliate your hands much in the same way you do with your face and body.
º Moisturise your hands 3 to 4 times a day.
º Once a week before going to bed, massage your face cream into your hands.
º Wear rubber gloves when doing chores in the home and garden.
º When out in the blazing sunshine, use sun cream or sun block.
º In Winter, protect your hands from harsh elements.
Looking after your hands daily will ensure your hands are soft to touch and look and feel great.
