Fresh seafood - the Mediterranean would not be the Mediterranean without a healthy supply of fresh fish to eat. Easy to prepare and full of pure goodness. Great brain food and the fatty acid found in fish and seafood helps boosts memory.
Fresh fruit - always have fruit in the home and eat daily. Raw or freshly squeezed, fruit will improve your memory and stimulates the brain activity because of the natural sugars fruit contains.
