Artist Of The Month - Ioanna Efthimiou
Ioanna Efthimiou was born in Perth, Australia by Greek parents. Ioanna studied at the University of Fine Arts, Athens/ Greece ASKT and continued her studies in New York and London (Royal College of Art). She is an emerging and well known Greek Artist and has shown her works in more than twenty solo exhibitions in New York, London, Athens/Greece etc. Her work attracts both private and national collectors from all over the world.
Ioanna has shown her works of art at more than twenty solo exhibitions, in Greece, London, New York, Germany and Austria, among others, and she has participated in many more group exhibitions as well. The greatest part of the artist's work entitled "Ob longing II" belongs to the Royal Family of Morocco. Twelve portraits belong to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II & His Royal Highness Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip, and these are currently inside Buckingham Palace in London. Many articles about the artist's work have been written in Greek and by other foreign press, also capturing the attention of television as well. Ioanna spends a great deal of time in Monaco.
