Salon du Chocolat - Monaco, Exhibition
The first Salon du Chocolat was created in Paris in 1994. It started when Sylvie Douce and François Jeantet, two chocolate loving entrepreneurs came up with a really crazy idea to create an entire exhibition dedicated to chocolate maintaining a determined belief for what they were doing even without really knowing anything about other professionals.
Today: this is an incredible success story and for 20 years this exhibition has gone from strength to strength in France and abroad. Everything you could possibly want to know about the process of chocolate from the bean to the shelf, from producers to the consumer worldwide. The Salon du Chocolat has over the years become the largest event dedicated to chocolate. It is more than just an event, it has established itself as the link between those who grow cocoa and those who consume chocolate.
The Salon du Chocolat is now recognised by all enthusiasts and market experts as a national and international label. Hailed by the media around the globe, the event has become THE global event and a must for the general public and industry professionals.
It is gradually conquering the world's major cities (Tokyo, New York, Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Cairo, Salvador, Lima, Seoul), Europe (Zurich, Brussels, London) and France (Marseille, Cannes, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes), the Salon du Chocolat currently has twenty editions shows on four continents.
