Rent a Classic Car, Before, the Monaco Junior Economic Chamber, Monaco Boat Service, HeliAir Monaco, Atelier G. and the Ecole Bleue, All Sports Management and OnemomentPlease, joined forces to organize a « Pilot for a day » event, with the funds raised to benefit the recently created Monegasque branch of the association Aequalia.

The objective of this association is to encourage actions to decrease the mortality caused by illness provoked by poor sanitary living conditions and the access to potable water.  One billion people around the world do not have access to potable water and many are victim to poor hygienic conditions. Aequalia also works towards facilitating the transfer of technology to reinforce development towards total autonomy.

Through sport and cultural events Aequelia has a strong capacity to raise funds to concretize their local and international projects. Several beautiful classic cars were at disposal of the amateur pilots for a spin in the Principality for the price of a donation, with Professional driver Daniel Elena co-pilot of Sebastien Loeb (9 times Rally World Champion) and Pierre Frolla, a diver with 4 world records as official sponsors of Aequalia, helping create awareness for their humanitarian projects.

The fundraising event culminated in the evening at Before with DJ Miguel and Nico to guarantee the ambiance and a tombola with prestigious lots including a sailing trip in Tuiga for two, initiation into diving with Pierre Frola, an afternoon at sea in a Riva, a panoramic tour of Monaco in Helicopter and many more.
