Loeb Takes Another Win at 81st Monte Carlo Rally
Sebastien Loeb’s Citroen DS3 WRC
On Friday, January 18th - Accomplished French driver Sebastien Loeb in his Citroen DS3 WRC car finished day three of the Monte-Carlo Rally (MCR) organized by the Automobile Club of Monaco, taking another stage win and extending his lead. With is co-driver Monegasque Daniel Elena they have won between them the the MCR 6 times and the World Rally Championship (WRC) 9 times. Loeb is the most successful driver in WRC history. Elena is the first person to receive the Michael Park trophy, given yearly to the best co-driver.
French rally driver Sebastian Ogier remains second on Volkswagen’s debut in the sport with his Polo R WRC, and Qatar M-Sport young Russian Evgey Novikov is now third with his M-Sport Fiesta. The competition continues Saturday 19th and in all 465 km of timed stages will have to be driven before reaching the final podium in the Monaco Palace Square on Sunday, January 20, at 11 :00am.

Speed Run MC luxury simulator installed at Zest Monaco in Port Hercules as one of the attractions for rally fans. These simulators are the same used in the training of pilots. The money raised benefits the Prince Albert II Foundation.
