...Making dog training fun, fun, fun...

10 REASONS WHY THIS OUTING WAS SO USEFUL FOR MY CLIENTS AND THEIR DOGS

• Social activity for owners and dog’s alike.
   
• Dog socialisation, developing their dog's good socialisation skills.
   
• Having fun! For example we had an 1980's/1940's quiz, owners and their dogs working together to win prizes in teams, we came up with some imaginative Team Names: The A Team and The lively lot… everyone had fun picking their own team names.
   
• Practising training their dog around distractions.
   
• Owners applying what they have learnt in their classes to everyday situations.
   
• Learning new skills, for example training their dog to jump through a hoop and go through a tunnel.
   
• Practising training with their dogs in a restaurant environment, training their dogs to lie under the table etc.
   
• Visiting new locations and working in different environments to develop their handling skills with their dog in different situations/places, with different stimuli, as well as having fun seeing new sights and new locations.
   
• Exercise for both dogs and their owners.
   
• Finding new places to take their dogs to walk in a safe and happy environment.
