With its magnificent location in the centre of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, the Minuty Château is an invitation to rest & relax…Acquired by the Matton-Farnet family in 1936, this vineyard gained “Cru Classé” status in 1955 and has remained one of Provence's flagship estates ever since. Its 65 hectares are traditionally cultivated (no herbicides, no pesticides) to allow the full expression of traditional Provence varieties in the terroir of this exceptionally sunny region.This vintage is made up of 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 15% Tibouren.
