The Riviera Baby

It has taken me just over one year to meet Lucy Bonser and now I feel double the privilege, as just over a month ago she gave birth to India Rose Grace. Lucy Bonser was presented with a bottle of Vilmart Champagne and a little pink number for baby India.

The Riviera Woman went along to meet Lucy and baby India at her wonderful apartment in Monaco. Having previously told me of suffering from the usual lack of sleep and 'baby brain', we could not have found a more radiant mummy.

Within minutes, we had seen the adorable little bundle fast asleep in her cot.

Over coffee, we chatted about Lucy herself and her journey to this part of the world.

Lucy was born in Sheffield and at an early start flew from the nest after training as a nanny and travelled to various parts of the world with her job.

A situation of being in the right place at the right time intoduced Lucy to the world of Formula One, where she worked as a PA and and four of the years were spent in the F1 VIP Event Management of Amber Lounge.

Full of passion and drive that not even Formula One could keep up with, Lucy found a true passion for Indian culture and travelled to India and Sri Lanka. Lucy embarked on a new career. She completed a Ayurvedic course and practices the abhyanga massage. Her new business: Ginger, Lime and Honey is about feeling good from the inside. She has a natural flair to bring out the best in oneself and can assist you in feeling good about yourself too.

We were pleased to have been interrupted by the little cries of baby India as her regular feed was due. Lucy continued to tell us of how she wished to continue to expand Ginger, Lime and Honey and her experience also includes helping women who are looking to change their look and in particular to help get the right image when going for a new job or wanting to make a big impression.

Well Lucy certainly impressed us. She believes that her natural ability to copy with what is the main focal point in her life at the moment, baby India Rose Grace, is down to a healthy positive outlook and to yoga.

Lucy hopes to write a journal about her experiences of her pregnancy and having a baby in Monaco and we will definitely look forward to that on The Riviera Woman.
