Fix That Sugar Craving
Do you find yourself giving into temptation and you convince yourself that you must have yet another biscuit or cake? This could be linked to reduced blood-sugar levels.
The trick is to prevent our glucose levels from becoming too low in the first place giving us greater control and willpower.
So instead of reaching out for that chocolate bar or sticky bun, have some nuts or blueberries close by to curb those urges. Eating small meals regularly will prevent glucose levels to reduce sending out those craving messages.
Take a look at your sleep regime and by making sure you are well rested will also keep you from reaching out for that cookie jar, giving you better self control.
